The Courage to Servesm
This keynote charts the path of the presenter from a 7 year old boy wanting to clean-up litter to an engaged student leader of thousands of committed students dedicated to community service to an adult recognized numerous times for his community service work, one who has personally performed more than 50,000 hours of community service and led college students to over 2 million hours of service to others.
“The Courage to Serve” works through real-life stories lived by the presenter to come to 5 key points for involving students in community service. Servant leadership through active service learning is a focus of many of Dave’s programs. Students consistently talk about how Dave has changed their life through his involvement and his commitment to involving as many college students as possible in service to others.
